Here's How Call Tracking Works

When a phone call is placed to the tracking number the call is forwarded to the designated destination where the call is then answered by the client. The call tracking system then logs the call details in an online database and optionally emails the results to the client.

Visitor clicks on ad and is directed to your website. The call tracking system dynamically replaces the toll-free/local phone numbers on the website with the campaign tracking numbers. Offline Ad Tracking (magazines, billboards, direct mail etc.)

Visitor calls the campaign tracking number listed on the advertisement. From there, call details are recorded in the tracking database and client optionally receives the call details via email. If client lists their website URL on the ad with a unique page (e.g. www.yourdomain.com/123), the call tracking system can dynamically replace phone numbers site-wide with campaign tracking numbers.
