How much do e-Brochures cost?

What does an e-Brochure look like?

What does it look like when a customer receives my e-Brochure?

Your e-Brochure will appear in the main window of the recipients email program in full color if it is sent as a "signature file." top

What information do I need to provide?

Determine what information you would like included then email or mail it to us. Be sure to include photos, word documents with text content and any other images you want included. If you want to send the information by postal mail, we accept PC compatible floppy discs, CD's, and DVD's. Once the information is received, your sales representative will contact you to schedule a design interview and then we'll get started. top

How long does it take to complete an e-Brochure?

Depending on the work load at our office, normal turnaround time is 7-14 days from the date we receive your information. Naturally, we will make every effort to accommodate rush orders. top

What if I want to make changes to my e-Brochure?

No problem! We can make changes the same day in most cases for a nominal fee. Whether you need to switch photos, modify the content or change email addresses, we're just a phone call away. top

Are e-Brochures stored on my computer?

The original file is stored on your computer, however the graphics (look and feel) and images/photos are stored on your website or our servers. If you don't have a website we can host it on our web servers for a nominal monthly fee of $10 each, billed quarterly in advance. top

How do I send the e-Brochure to a prospect or customer?

If you use Outlook or Outlook Express you will need to create a "signature file" containing the e-Brochure, or you can "attach" the e-Brochure file to your outgoing message if the recipients email program does not support HTML-based email. top

How do you send the e-Brochure file to me?

Upon completion, we will email the original file to you. top

How do I create a signature file with my e-Brochure?

To begin, click on the e-Brochure attachment in the email you received from us. An "Open Mail Attachment" dialogue box will pop up. Choose "Save it to disk," then click on the "OK" button. A "Save As" dialogue box will pop up. You will now need to choose the location where you would like to store the e-Brochure file. We recommend saving it to your "Desktop" so you can easily locate it in the future. To save it there, click on the drop down list to the right of the "Save in" text. Select the "Desktop" icon at the top of the list, then click on the "Save" button.

To verify that the e-Brochure was saved on your desktop, minimize all of your open programs. You should see the e-Brochure file on your desktop.
